This new attraction at Universal Orlando opened 3 June 2005. Thanks to the partnership with NBC, this live version of the hit reality TV show "Fear Factor" gives park guests the opportunity to face their fears as contestants, or witness the competition from the audience at the live show.

This "stunt show of heroic proportions" at Universal Orlando follows the adventures of the mighty Sindbad and his wise-cracking sidekick Kabob as they attempt to rescue Princess Amoura. The evil sorceress, Miseria holds the Sultan's daughter prisoner in a mysterious grotto, a cave of shipwrecks.

Visit the heyday of Hollywood, circa 1947, at the Disney's Hollywood Studios. Film directors, talent agents, gossips, starlets, has-beens and hopefuls meet on the streets - joined by the Hollywood Public Works and Hollywood Police Department. Scenes (and improv) take place throughout the day on both Hollywood Blvd. and Sunset Blvd.
See photos, below, of Victoria Throckmorton, Goddess of the Silver Screen and Queen of a Thousand Faces. Some might call her a faded star (or a has-been) but none can deny the sheer height she bring to Hollywood - her hat, Bernard, is nearly 4 feet tall. See photos below.

One of the staged readings of PlayFest at Orlando Shakes, "The Queen's Physician" is a depiction of an erotic power struggle in the court of Elizabeth I involving her Jewish physician, Roger Lopez, and her young lover, the Earl of Essex. These historical figures dissect heroic loyalties, conflicting in a world with defeated love, fear of Hispanic dominance, and religious fanaticism. Starring Christine Decker* as Queen Elizabeth, David Chernault* as Lopez, and Jesse Lenor as Essex. Jennifer Christa Palmer* reads the supporting roles of Sarah Lopez (the phsyician's wife) and Susan Somerville (the Queen's lady-in-waiting). Directed by Rob Anderson.
